Did you receive the incorrect item? 

If you received an incorrect, wrong sized or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
